Ashcloud’s supreme death metal sound is cut short by it’s terrible production values. They sound like they are a mix of traditional 80′s death metal, thrash metal and Swedish death metal….which is a unique sound but the production just makes this album sound weak. 6 out of 10 https://xtreemmusic.bandcamp.com/album/abandon-all-light
Algos’ sound is more of a fierce take on the melodic death metal genre. Also adding in some doom bits and pieces in there to really broaden the musical conquest of the album. Utilizing a piano also really gives The Death of Seasons a unique sound. A damn good one man band! Good debut! 7.5 out of 10

Doom. I must hate it. Wait no that was just that one album. This album is fucking amazing. 4 songs of dreadful and dark hymns being cultivated and spawned by this band known as Dryom. If you loved the Doom:VS record from last year then you’ll easily fall in love with this release. The atmosphere and funeral doom compositions just fulfill me with such grief….it’s amazing. 9 out of 10

Sludgy doom death brought to you by the letter H for heavy. The pounding riffing, powerful drumming and overall gigantic wall of sound played by Vintage Warlords on this EP is just wicked. Vocals are growled over this sickening stretch of low filth and it’s a high impacting sound that I can wrap my head around. Very good and carefully packaged to make us all headbang! 8 out of 10
